Your goal will be to spend 12 to 20 minutes in the Orange and Red Zones, which is 84 to 100 percent of your max heart rate. To determine this, we'll strap on a monitor, and your heart rate and calories you’ve burned will pop up on a screen. The fun then begins as you are guided through a 60-minute workout spanning three blocks, with 12 exercise machines at each block. When all is said and done, you will have burned as much as 1,000 calories in just an hour!
Each class is guided by one of our knowledgeable gym trainers who ensure that each workout is effective. They're there to challenge you and encourage you to push yourself. They're also available to answer questions and modify your workout if something is too hard for you to do.
